Most of the training programme we see today focuses on the COGNITIVE domain in which the acquisition of knowledge was the objective.  This is mainly due to the modelling of education as they are been done in schools.  However, we know that in the real-world, both at the marketplace and society, are need performance-based skills that can generate IMPACT by solving challenges and increase productivity.  As such, we have designed a Holistic Integrated System (HIS) which is a Three-Dimensional Information to Transformation training strategy in our programme design.  The training strategy looks into the integration of the following:

COGNITIVE (The Mind): From Awareness to Understanding

AFFECTIVE (The Heart): From Interested to Adoption

CONATIVE (The Hands – Action): From Perception to Impartation

with the simultaneous development of the following CORE SKILLS:

These skills do not stand alone, and need to be integrated in handling any challenges or projects.  Thus, we have decided to use the HIS training strategy instead of the conventional training design.

PROGRAMME DESIGN:

Our programme are designed with short achievable goals for learners using various learning approaches, from elearning, blended learning and so forth.  The objective is not on the approach but on the PERFORMANCE, thus learners will be recognise with BADGES as they progress in the role as an individual in a team or workplace.

ADVOCATE: The course at this level is the easiest to acquire and it focuses primarily in the basic cognitive level which most people are family with.  Its objective is to bring awareness to understanding, and will be through self independent learning through reading in an elearning environment.  It is to establish the core understanding before a learner could move to the next level in the learning taxonomy.

PRACTITIONER: At this level, learners will build on what they have acquired in the Advocate level to apply it in Situational Analysis which focuses on critical-thinking and communication skills development.  Thus this level reinforced the earlier learning completed through analysing situation and using relevant tools to tackle the situations.

FACILITATOR: Facilitator level focuses on getting Practitioners to work in small team of three so that each work needs to contribute in a Fast Track Project.  The project will reinforce the learning done previously including independent learning, research, project design and implementation, using the various tools and complete with essential documentation.  This will bring the level to the next level of becoming an impact in their workplace or community as they developed their Creativity and Collaboration skills, while reinforcing the other two core skills – Communication and Critical-Thinking.

COACH: The Coach level is the final level in which the learners aspire to impart whatever they learned and experienced through the programme to Facilitators.

DATA PROTECTION

Data is the Petrol of tomorrow and protecting the data and personal data is essential for any organisation in this Digital Era.

Organisation needs to be familiar with the various regulations they need to comply, for example the PDPA and so forth, plus also to equip their staff with the necessary skill-sets to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Process ReDesign is a critical consideration to audit current processes, and to explore the integration of technology to increase productivity in the midst of the challenges.

We are Enterprise Singapore approved certified consultants with many years of experiences in various industries with SME.  The operation of MNC and SME different quite a bit because MNC has already systematise their operation and budget for various aspects.  However, SME needs to juggle with market challenges, cash-flow, processes, compliance, and with little manpower and budget.  Thus we can assist organisation with the relevant assistance needed to prepare and meeting these challenges.

STRATEGIC MARKETING

Before you can get any sales, you need to do your marketing first.  Marketing is about how to get people to have your company in their mind, so that when they face with a challenge, they will think about your company first.

Marketing is not about putting lots of advertisements trying to get people to buy.  It is about casting a vision and value to capture the audience.  If you look at NIKE, you will see that they will have sports video and with inspirational message with no selling of their shoes.  It is simply to capture the eyes of the people so that it forms an image, and when they are doing sports or wanted to buy a sport shoes, NIKE comes into their mind straightaway.  They will also quickly remember the NIKE slogan – “JUST DO IT!”

Strategic Marketing involves many things, from understanding the market, the products life-cycle, the market segmentation if any, pricing strategy, branding and positioning message, and so forth.  Thus, it is critical that company has regular time to go through the process of strategic marketing.
